Project Overview
Relocation of Shindico’s office tenant to the new commercial building at 1090 Taylor. SNR was engaged on a design-build model to deliver a high-quality office space. SNR collaborated closely with the tenant’s representatives in Utah to ensure the space was designed to their expectations.
- Installed a sound-attenuated accordion partition wall between conference room and break room to provide great space flexibility for the users.
- Open office space to accommodate 12 desks and one additional private office
- 10’ clear ceiling heights throughout provide a bright and roomy atmosphere.
- Privacy, acoustics, and access controls were all high priority considerations.
