SNR Construction delivered the fit-up of a 58,940 sq ft warehouse unit in Building C at Plessis Business Park for Artik/OEM Inc. Delivered on an open-book basis for the landlord and tenant, the work combined landlord scope (a new demising wall, underground plumbing, main 600V distribution and completion of the base-building slab) with a full tenant build-out.

The front office includes eight offices, a lobby and vestibule, an IT room, a lunchroom with kitchenette millwork and three washrooms, including a universal washroom. In the warehouse, SNR installed LED lighting, fans and gas-fired unit heaters, adjusted the sprinkler system to suit the tenant’s racking plan, and provided power and controls for nine dock levelers, power for racking and forklift charging, and ventilation for propane forklifts.
