Project Overview
SNR completed the interior office fit-up and warehouse landlord scope for Nu-West Construction Products to occupy 12,200 ft2 within Plessis Business Park. Because the owner had the foresight to exclude completion of the floor slab in the office area and maintain the base building permit open, SNR was uniquely positioned to begin construction shortly after lease execution. This agility led to high tenant satisfaction in meeting the prompt requested move-in date.
- Office fit-up scope included reception desk, offices, lunchroom, UTR washroom.
- Warehouse work included dock leveler installation, overhead lighting, sprinkler modifications, and electrical distribution.
- Delivered at a construction cost of $420k + GST, or a blended $34/SF
- Offered high flexibility to the tenant to work side-by-side during their racking installation and facilitate their move.
