SNR Construction built a new 3,555 sq ft single-storey commercial retail unit at the Triangle Building retail plaza on Taylor Avenue, attached to the east side of the existing Sobeys and separated from it by a new two-hour firewall. The project went from groundbreaking in December 2025 to substantial performance in September 2026 and included the base fit-up work for the incoming tenant, Modern Beauty.

The building sits on 29 cast-in-place piles with grade beams and pilasters, a structural steel frame and galvanized roof deck. The envelope pairs Tyndall stone and architectural block masonry towers with EIFS and a feature cornice, a full aluminum curtain wall storefront with automatic door operators, and a modified bitumen roof. Site work included rerouting the existing land drainage line around the new building, new water and wastewater services, steel bollards and new reinforced sidewalks. All of this was done next to an operating grocery store and plaza tenants, coordinated directly with store and property management to keep disruption to shoppers to a minimum.
