This opening is for an energetic team player with supervisory experience in commercial construction. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overall leadership and management of day-to-day construction site operations.
  • Champion a safe work culture, ensure company safety and health plan is followed.
  • Plan, direct, and control daily activities in accordance with project schedule milestones.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders such as owner’s representatives, quantity surveyors, consultants, trade partners, and authorities having jurisdiction. Develop positive respective working relationships.
  • Motivate, coach, and mentor site personnel, nurture a team-based culture.
  • Collaborate with project team on planning and scheduling, budgeting, constructability, and value engineering activities.
  • Problem solving of issues such as design conflicts or unexpected site conditions. Prepare RFIs with proposed solutions for consultant review.
  • Conduct regular site safety and quality inspections. Ensure work is being completed safely and in conformance with contract documents.
  • Proactively identify workmanship or material deficiencies and communicate rework expectations with respective subcontractors or suppliers.
  • Maintain a tidy and well-organized site.


Your qualifications should include:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 10+ years of experience in industrial, commercial, and/or multifamily construction in a supervisory role.
  • Education/training in a construction-related discipline such as carpentry or engineering.
  • Familiarity with MB Workplace Safety and Health Act and Regulation, building codes, permitting and inspections processes.
  • Experience in a COR® Certified environment an asset.
  • Knowledge of Lean Construction principles and The Last Planner System® an asset.
  • Equipment operating experience including skid steers, aerial lifts, material handling equipment, generators, etc.
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license with reliable transportation.

This position is grounded in real-world construction—you’ll be involved in estimating, bid analysis, procurement coordination, and contractor/vendor engagement from early design through project execution. You will work closely with and be supported by our existing team members. We’re looking for someone exceptional who understands how accurate cost planning and timely procurement directly support project delivery.

 What You’ll Do

  • Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost breakdowns for materials, labour, and equipment
  • Support development of construction estimates based on design documents
  • Coordinate trade RFBs & RFPs and help review, compare, and organize bid responses
  • Participate in design-assist and value engineering discussions
  • Contribute to subcontractor and supplier scope reviews to help level bids
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times with vendors and subcontractors
  • Track vendor pricing, delivery timelines, and long-lead item requirements
  • Maintain organized cost history, unit pricing records, and procurement logs
  • Assist in procurement planning for capital repairs or upgrades within our property management portfolio


What We’re Looking For

  • Critical thinker, ability to identify solutions to issues before they become problems
  • Displayed experience in construction estimating and/or purchasing roles
  • Strong negotiation skills with understanding of contract management and cost controls
  • Proficiency interpreting construction drawings, specs, codes and contracts
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 including Excel; experience using Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or equivalent tools is required

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has 5 - 7 years of progressive experience managing commercial and multifamily projects, is comfortable leading renovation work, and has the drive to help scale a growing company. This role also offers exposure to real estate development through our close partnership with Shindico.

The successful candidate will be a proactive, entrepreneurial team player who wants to grow within a high-performance construction company. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading construction projects from pre-construction through to turnover;
  • Managing project scope, schedule, budget, and quality across multiple project types;
  • Overseeing subtrades, consultants, site teams, and internal resources to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery;
  • Preparing, issuing, and managing contracts, change orders, and purchase orders;
  • Coordinating project documentation including RFIs, shop drawings, site instructions, and progress reports;
  • Assisting with tendering, value engineering, and trade selection;
  • Leading or supporting smaller projects such as tenant improvements or envelope upgrades;

Your qualifications should include:

  • 5 - 7 years of experience in project management with a general contractor, including experience on multifamily projects;
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, permitting, safety (Manitoba Workplace Safety & Health), and trade sequencing;
  • Degree or diploma in a construction-related field such as Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture;
  • Knowledge of PMBOK principles with displayed experience of real world application;
  • Designations such as P.Eng., CET, PMP, or Gold Seal are considered strong assets;

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Accountant to take ownership of financial operations across active construction projects. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role that requires deep knowledge of construction accounting and project controls.

You’ll work closely with project managers, estimators, and senior leadership—managing everything from job setup and subcontract administration to progress invoicing, insurance tracking, and cost reporting. Your ability to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across all project financials will be critical to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities

Project Setup & Administration

  • Set up new jobs and establish project budgets in Yardi
  • Prepare, issue, and track subcontracts
  • Maintain insurance certificates and WCB documentation for all vendors and subcontractors
  • Issue and track purchase orders; coordinate procurement logistics

Cost Control & Reporting

  • Process budget revisions and maintain accurate job cost data
  • Track cash allowances and reconcile unused funds to ownership
  • Prepare and process change orders and ensure accurate billing
  • Perform final budget reconciliations during project closeout
  • Generate quarterly reports, Work-In-Progress (WIP) reports, and cost-to-complete forecasts

Accounts Payable & Receivable

  • Enter and accurately code invoices for approval
  • Manage cheque runs, approval workflow tracking, and issuance
  • Prepare monthly invoice templates and progress billings for owners
  • Track receivables and follow up to ensure timely payments
  • Maintain and update contract tracking sheets

Other Duties

  • Manage holdback releases in accordance with Manitoba legislation
  • Assist with procurement and logistics documentation
  • Update internal procedures, policy manuals, and flowcharts


What You Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of construction accounting or project accounting experience
  • Proficiency with Yardi (or comparable job cost systems)
  • Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, budgets, and cost tracking

This opening is for an energetic team player with project coordination experience in commercial construction. The successful candidate will have over five years of experience as a Project Coordinator in the construction industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • AP & AR: processing, cost coding invoices, input into Yardi. Preparing monthly progress draws;
  • Progress reporting - helping to prepare progress reports and cost to complete financial reports;
  • Subcontracts - assisting with preparation and tracking to ensure these are signed and returned in a timely manner;
  • Purchase Orders - generate PO’s in Yardi and issue to subtrades or Superintendent;
  • Insurance, WCB clearance, Statutory Declarations – tracking to ensure all subtrades are current;
  • Prepare meeting minutes as applicable;
  • Managing tracking forms for project contact list, change orders, RFIs, shop drawings and following up if overdue.
  • Track / monitor site labour, equipment, rentals, materials, subtrade utilization and costs;
  • Tracking and reviewing shop drawing submittals;
  • Creating / updating project schedules and distributing to team members;
  • Distribution of communications to project team (minutes, schedule updates, site instructions, addenda, proposed change notices, RFI responses, etc.)
  • Assisting with tenders, assembling quotes, calling subtrade estimators to ensure they are bidding;
  • Assisting with estimating - quantity takeoffs, unit rates, coordinating with subtrade / bidders, calling suppliers, etc.;
  • Project management and supervision of smaller projects;
  • Helping to develop SNR’s safety and quality programs. We intend to apply for COR® safety certification and need to bring our program up to standard;
  • Work on developing / updating SNR’s procedures manual, currently in it’s infancy;
  • Completing development and building permit applications. Gathering associated documentation, etc. Status of title, owner authorization, checklists, etc.;


Your Qualifications should include:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • 5+ years of construction project coordination experience;
  • Familiarity with basic accounting procedures
  • Familiarity with MB Workplace Safety and Health Act and Regulation, building codes, permitting and inspection processes;
