Professional Background
Joel Glogowski joined SNR Construction in 2025 as Director of Special Projects, bringing more than 15 years of experience delivering complex institutional, infrastructure, and industrial projects. He is known for a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail, and he prioritizes clear communication and teamwork to keep projects on track from concept through completion.
At SNR, Joel leads the delivery of Special Projects, including CRU developments across the city, façade upgrades, and tenant space improvements. His ability to manage fast-paced, detail-oriented work ensures projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to a consistently high standard.
Joel is a Professional Engineer and graduate of the University of Manitoba. He is driven by quality, collaboration, and a commitment to doing the job right.
Building Success Stories
We enjoyed working with Colin and his team on the build out of our new space at Plessis Business Park. Clear communication and a can-do attitude were appreciated as we needed to move out of our former location under tight timelines. Attention to detail was noted when the SNR team attended our former office during design to better understand our functional requirements. SNR were also able to accommodate our warehouse racking installation during their construction period, allowing us to move-in on time and meet our start-up date.
CancerCare had a good experience working with SNR on our renovation project. The team was responsive and able to accommodate some user-initiated specifications in a manner that made the project much easier to manage. The bi-weekly updates are informative, timely, and provide the key information that we needed as an owner/tenant. We just completed the 480 De Baets project for SNR Construction, and from the site staff to the office staff everyone was excellent to work with, and together with all the fantastic subtrades a successful project was completed. SNR ran the build exceptionally well providing an organized and well scheduled site. The number of people on the site was ideal and at the correct time, and there was an avoidance of trade stacking or under manning. We are grateful to have worked with such an amazing team and assist with bringing this project to life.
