Project Overview

A comprehensive exterior retrofit including new sidewalks, finishes, and building envelope upgrades. A retro brown colour palette was chosen to compliment the existing brick.

  • Removal of dated front canopy structure, creating a larger façade to maximize tenant signage area and visibility.
  • New modified bitumen roofing system including insulation upgrades.
  • Special order bronze storefront window and door frames.
  • New EIFS and paint finishes throughout. Existing brown brick was refreshed by repointing and pressure washing.
