Building Success Stories
We enjoyed working with Colin and his team on the build out of our new space at Plessis Business Park. Clear communication and a can-do attitude were appreciated as we needed to move out of our former location under tight timelines. Attention to detail was noted when the SNR team attended our former office during design to better understand our functional requirements. SNR were also able to accommodate our warehouse racking installation during their construction period, allowing us to move-in on time and meet our start-up date.
CancerCare had a good experience working with SNR on our renovation project. The team was responsive and able to accommodate some user-initiated specifications in a manner that made the project much easier to manage. The bi-weekly updates are informative, timely, and provide the key information that we needed as an owner/tenant. The team was polite and courteous and well-suited to working in an environment where other office-type business activities were taking place. Based on this experience, we would be happy to work with SNR again.

We just completed the 480 De Baets project for SNR Construction, and from the site staff to the office staff everyone was excellent to work with, and together with all the fantastic subtrades a successful project was completed. SNR ran the build exceptionally well providing an organized and well scheduled site. The number of people on the site was ideal and at the correct time, and there was an avoidance of trade stacking or under manning. We are grateful to have worked with such an amazing team and assist with bringing this project to life.
